The Lifting Crane: farm to factory with no zombie
The Lifting Crane (Zombie Gardening tech; Wooden Beam ×8, Bronze Gear ×3, Iron Detail ×4) goes up on a fixed spot in the garden and needs no zombie. Tick the crops you want and it moves them from the garden chests into Garden Storage inside the Underground Factory. From there your factory belts carry them on. Grow Flax for Fabric: every belt cell needs 1 Fabric, and 16 Flax make 1 Fabric on the Spinning Wheel.
Beds, tablets and gardener stands
Garden beds go in the marked bed area, which grows with Garden Upgrade I and II. Digging a bed takes 4 swings at Farming mastery 2, and Flax itself needs Farming 5. Crop tablets tell zombie gardeners what to grow: there are 2 tablet spots at first, then 4 and 6 after the upgrades. Each garden has 2 Gardener Stand spots. On the planner, dimmer spots unlock with the upgrades.
Vineyard
The vineyard has 12 trellis spots, or 18 after the Vineyard Upgrade, and 2 Gardener Stand spots. Each Vine Trellis costs Stick ×5 and Peat ×3, and digging its spot needs Farming 6. A Porter Station in the cellar sends drinks to the factory’s drinks pallet.
Recipes, tech costs, power, quality values and spot counts come from the graveyardkeeper2.io datamine (game build of September 2026), cross-checked against other guides where we could. The game doesn't publish building footprints or room sizes, so tile sizes and positions on the grid are a schematic. A patch can change any of this, so check the in-game build menu before you spend rare materials.
